The forks look much too frail for a bike this size. Can't make out what the motor is (looks like a two-stroke). I agree with what Alessandro58 said when trying to identify the blue bike in this movie: "Hard to identify. I agree with what Alessandro58 said when trying to identify the blue bike in this movie:
