It was, at the time, in Europe, at least, known as the 1981+ Ford Cargo. |

I wish the plate was clearer. It looks suspiciously like a Turkish one, and the Cargo was (and still is, with updating) assembled in Turkey. |

Have to be Turkish - it is loaded with Tofases. So a Cargo made by Otosan-Ford since 1983. |
