 many VW owners transformed their sedan into convertibles, always very badly made. It is quite impossible to know the year because car were updated with new lights and similar "improvements", such the modern strips, headlights, wheels. This car seems to be 4 bolt wheels what makes a post 76 (to be confirmed) model.
