Too far off to pinpoint Champion vs Commander but we can take Land Cruiser and State-trimmed Commanders out of the mix since it appears not to have an angled, ss gravel guard. SS rocker panels appear present, meaning Regal trim. A closer view of the front emblem would differentiate Commander from Champion.
