I don't think it's a Prefect. I think it's a 1957+ Anglia or a 1959+ Popular, and I incline to the Anglia. |

June 59 local plate - see also /vehicle_653868-1959.html , therefore a few months before Popular 100E launch (which was when Anglia 105E appeared in Sept 59. So agree Anglia ^. |
