No detail in the picture helps to say more than a model from the 1947-55 Advance-Design truck line with the 1947-53 grille and one-piece windshield. ½-ton 3100 would mean a 116"/2.95 m wheelbase. Couldn't it be a ¾-ton 3600, made on a 125¼"/3.18 m wheelbase?
