Gamer ◊ 2021-06-07 17:02	2001. This style of Texas plates was introduced in early 2000, and by late 2001 they had reached P. So W (I presume) in the last thumb could only be 01. Did they still make the old spare cover alongside the new one?
dhill_cb7 ◊ 2021-06-07 17:37	Gamer that is if the plate is not borrowed. Without any type of plate check I am a little hesitant to change it to 2001. Yes the spare tire cover was used even on 2nd gen models. My grandmom had a 2002 with the tire cover above.
