 Depending upon its time of manufacture this is either a Fordson ET6, or a Ford Thames. I can't see a diesel badge anywhere so it's probably a V-8 under that bonnet.

isn't Fordson ET6 more likely ?

 1949 'Fordson Thames' or 1950 'Thames' V8 side-valve petrol or Perkins diesel (no external differences), Thames probably more numerous.

Probably before 1954 because the side bonnet flash "a Ford Product" not visible here.
