 These vans were assembled in Spain between 1962 and 1965. Only 426 were built here (and because of the very high import taxes there's no doubt this must be one of these. Nice find!
I'm not sure of the official name in Spain. I found Furgón HY, but it might as well be Tipo HY or just the French Type HY...
