I would think this could be as heavy as 1978 Ford F-250 due to the wheels and suspension system

Here you go: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1419454-78-ford-truck-brochure.html

I can tell you it appears to be Bahama Blue in color. I'm not well-versed enough in these old trucks to make a call on the trim level, I've been studying up on these brochures though, so hopefully, I'll get there soon. :)

Something about those Free Wheeling graphics  just hits home for me in the brochure.

Trim levels appear to be:

Custom
Ranger
Ranger XLT
Ranger Lariat

With the block under the script tells us that is either Ranger XLT or Ranger Lariat, but I can't tell which one :(

Only the Ranger Lariat has chrome bezels standard. Since this has black bezels we can list as a Ranger XLT.

1979 brochure page for the Ranger XLT: Link to "www.oldcarmanualproject.com"

Edit: could be F-350 depending on the bed length and if it wasn't lifted/customized.
