johnfromstaffs ◊ 2013-06-22 12:24	The Ford-Ferguson tractor has a side-valve engine unless fitted with a Perkins P3 diesel, when it only had three cylinders. The Ferguson tractor had an overhead valve 2,088cc 4 cylinder engine from the Standard Vanguard, whether petrol/TVO powered, or diesel. The diesel version of the engine could also be fitted in the Vanguard, but the car wasn't exactly quick off the mark.
