Agree Leyland for big wheels, and Aus built not UK. |

Pluss it says "Leyland" on the side of the hood. |

Sometimes it's the subtle clues .... I think Aus Mokes got big wheels soon after 1966 assembly started, but were badged Morris until 72/73 name change to Leyland. |

I actually saw a red Mini Moke on the road this weekend. The trouble is I no longer remember if it was an Austin or Leyland. |

there are actually two different cars being shown in this item,a Yellow and a White one. The yellow one is probably a 1973 while the white one is more likely 1974 or at least later than the yellow one. "I think Aus Mokes got big wheels soon after 1966 assembly started, but were badged Morris until 72/73 name change to Leyland." Only early 10" wheeled Moke built in 1966-67 were badged Morris Mini Moke. No mokes were ever badge with Leyland, they were "Morris Mini Moke", "BMC Moke" and then "MOKE" for BLMC and Leyland built cars until the end. |

"Building Cars in Australia" is clear that 1966-72 was Morris and everything built in Aus after 73 was named Leyland. |
