no idea.. it was written on the label below the front windshield - I will make a better shot on it. and it has some 3 rows of seats, so I think it is supposed to be a bus.

maybe it will help.. it has also AR or AA stylized badge on the cooler + something that looks like passive cooling :lol: - maybe just an ornament :)

From the picture "Liberty Belle" is probably the nickname for the charabanc or the name of the bus company and "AA" refers to the maker?

Charabancs were commonly used in the UK for transporting passengers from railway stations in the 1920s, some were even owned by the railway companies. This looks a little strange for not even having a windscreen fitted.
