1928-1933 Morris-Commercial R-Type 25/30 cwt appears to match the details visible. Introduced as the 25cwt truck in 1928 although the smaller side-lights and filming date of March 1933 onwards ('modern' traffic-lights) suggests its an early 1930-33 truck.
