1975-1990 Luaz(Lutskij Avtomobilnyi Zavod=Lutsk Motor Factory,a small Ukrainian Make)969-M(derived by1968"Volynyanka"prototype),powered with same ZAZ 968-A V-4 1196 cc.engine(not rear-placed here,but front axle-placed)and with 4 WD traction;would exist also in a military,parachutable,amphibian version derived,used as lightweight open body field ambulance by Russian Red Army;a feature of that off-road was that of be gifted aboard of a gasoline-powered heater(for keep hot the inside in Siberian cold climates),acted for be ignited from the same engine that moves the vehicle

PS That vehicle was marketed also in Italy,thru 1986-1990 as Volin(after the prototype's name)4X4,not with ZAZ engine,
but a Importer-fitted Ford"Valencia"engine series of Fiesta car,1117 cc.The Italian Importer was the same of UAZes
