It actually started out as a 1941 Ford Cab over truck, but he calls it a 1931 Ford roadster. '32 grille, '39 windshield https://www.motortrend.com/features/1106sr-custom-1931-ford-hot-rod/

I spent a lot of time on this one... and finally found it! This is a really unique car, built by Paul Stinson.

It actually started out as a 1941 Ford Cab over truck, but he calls it a 1931 Ford roadster. '32 grille, '39 windshield
