I think that's a 1998 model which had the orange marker light instead of the clear markers which was on the 1995-1997 version

I think it was called the King Door or something similar. Ford's idea of tiding people over until they could add a driver's sliding door for 1999.

You can also tell by the cast aluminum wheels, those are 1998 only wheels. The drivers seat could slide forward with one lever (same one used to recline seat) when pulled up to allow access to the 2nd row). This one is a GL (bodyside moulding line with black door handles, and the wheels of LX/Limited were shinier)
