Hi Steve, I have little time at the moment, but I'll see what I can do. Quite a few tanks turning up ... autumn manoeuvres, I guess!  This one is an American Car & Foundry M5 (1942-44). The gun shield looks strange, probably not original. |

as it was filmed in the uk this tank was probably the turretless British "Kangaroo" conversion....removing the turret and using the chassis as a tow vehicle for artillery pieces..later when restored the owner has added a turret with a repro gun and mount. |
