Appears to be a Ford CVPI from the Montgomery County, Maryland Police Department (MCPD), although the lightbar's colors are inaccurate; MCPD uses blue on driver's, red on passenger's. The background topography looks a lot like Maryland, although it was apparently filmed in New York, I think.
