What kind of Fusion is that? I've never seen one like that. It isn't one of ours. |

It's a small MPV/hatchback based on the fifth generation Fiesta that existed before the US Fusion sedan was even thought of. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Fusion_%28Europe%29 |

... and it was a sales flop. Meant to appeal to trendy young things who wanted something more individual than the Fiesta, but was much soggier and less fun to drive. Did sell quite well to old folk, who liked the big doors and easy access, so street cred for young folk plummeted even further. |

I mainly see the is prop car in rural area based location dramas. It seems out placed in a London setting in my opinion. |

We didn't get the xB, though we did get the xD as the Toyota Urban Cruiser. ![]() |

It is a fact that as one gets older it becomes more difficult to enter or leave cars. Most of my cohort, with the exception of Ron the Marathon runner, (76 and still running, and drives an Audi TT Convertible) have succumbed either to people carriers or SUVs, and I am fairly sure that my next vehicle will be similar. Following a back spasm a couple of weeks ago, I had about three days when I could not get into the driver’s seat of my car, so be warned. |

no need to get older to have trouble entering/exiting cars.. just a leg injury does the trick ! ![]() |

I’ve got one of those as well! Car crash in 1970, or thereabouts, steel pin going full length of my right femur, screws and plates holding my right tib, fib and ankle together. -- Last edit: 2020-10-03 20:16:15 |
