Looking at the wheels, perhaps it's a Brooklands: /vehicle_3885-Bentley-Brooklands-1992.html |

I'd be inclined to agree. Looking at the ep: http://youtu.be/008m0ctKwCE?t=6m37s it is the rare LWB version. |

172 were made according to here: http://www.rrab.com/bbrook.htm#top It's clever how that link made me go to the exact point in the video, I didn't know you could do that. -- Last edit: 2012-09-26 21:41:40 |

172 handmade cars - but with plastic hubcaps? How embarassing. |
◊ 2012-09-26 21:48 |
They're alloys, just look like hubcaps. |

Not clever either. And plastic bumpers anyways. So still embarassing. |

Hm. Why chromed bumpers are rich and luxurious, but chromed rims are cheap and pimpish? |
◊ 2012-09-26 22:06 |
Chrome bumpers are classic, chromated rims not. |

Well, Ingo when you order your next Bentley maybe you should ask for chrome bumpers -- Last edit: 2012-09-26 22:08:20 |

Although when they changed from chrome to black plastic bumpers with the Rolls Silver Shadow, that didn't look as good. |

Naah, if I would choose one, it would only be an all-day-all-weather-car, so in that case I wouldn't care When I've looked for my Vectra at autotrader.co.uk, I've seen that there are a few Rollses available for a four-digit Pound-price (alleged even roadworthy), but no Bentleys. But I couldn't bring myself to check them closer. |
