 I was thinking about a 1952-54 Ford Crestiline Victoria, but it could even be a same era Willys Aero.

 I go for a 1952 Ford Crestline Victoria ( body type 60B) .On a Willys Aero the two front bumper overriders were located more inboard ( centrally) on the bumper
