RRR ◊ 2014-05-04 18:36	This is a Dennis 'Ace' on a Braidwood body and only produced between 1934 and 1939. Fitted with a 4-cyl, 3.7 liter gasoline engine delivering 60 horsepower. Although it was identified by different years and different apparatus makers in all three episodes it appeared in. This engine also appeared in the ‘High Jinx’ episode of Baa Baa Black Sheep (1.3) airing October 3, 1976 -- Last edit: 2014-05-04 18:38:34

They lovingly restored it, and were on their way to a parade/car show, when they heard a call over their radio.... ``We should respond" ``You're kidding, right?" ``We are the closest responder" ``Allright."( rings bell) They managed to get people out of the burning building, but the front facade of the building collapsed on-top of their Dennis ``Ace".

RRR ◊ 2018-07-03 18:04	This is a 1936 Dennis Ace with a Braidwood body it is ex-Mountain Ash, Wales, chassis 7798, order 36747, delivered April 14, 1936 with a reg of BNY88 . The appliance was taken in to the National Fire Service in Aug 1941 and returned to local authority control in April 1948. Mountain Ash ceased to have its own brigade after WW2 and BNY 88 went into Glamorgan Fire Service. It is recorded, that the appliance went out of service in 1965 and ended up with Universal Studios, Hollywood. Ddey65 ◊ 2025-05-31 06:14	I just saw the first episode with this truck yesterday on MeTV. The cast was claiming the truck survived the 1933 Long Beach Earthquake.
