No, all visible details are older. 1968-1971. If the wheels would be visible, we could separate between 1968/69 and 1970/71. |

 There was no "Samba" of the T2. And the cops surely didn't had a special luxoury trim line. O.k., sometimes pimped engines came up, but then mounted in basic trim lines. |

As a police-car, I would say a Transporter with windows. Or had the Belgian police spent money for better trim lines? |
