Bobby's truck....aka a Southfork Ranch truck. Since they started filming in mid 2011 (May or June I think), I'm assuming this Chevy is a 2011 model. |

And doesnt it have the licence plate "Ewing 3" which always used to belong to J.R.? I guess JR moved up in the list or hasn't had a car for the past few years. |

I didn't notice the licence tag...but J.R. no longer has a car and hasn't in close to 20 years. I'm sure he'll get another...but until then maybe all the Southfork Ranch vehicles are numbered with "Ewing" on the tag?? I actually don't know if this Chevy is Bobby's or the Ford he pulled up in at the "secret" oil rig John Ross had set up on Southfork in the "Pilot" episode?--SEE OTHER PIC OF THE FORD TRUCK. |

Whereabouts does this scene take place? What building is that in the background? The truck appears to be passed in some sort of driveway but it certainly does not look like the main Southfork house. |

It's on the ranch near the house...but not right next to it. If you look out a ways from the main house during scenes you can see all kinds of out buildings, sheds, horse stables, etc... This scene is at one of them. -- Last edit: 2012-07-13 06:40:08 |

Have no idea who is in the background?? Some "extra" that was supposed to be a worker on the ranch...could have been the foreman, I guess. This Chevy is probably just another Ranch truck that anyone that works there can use--and is not just Bobby's specifically. Don't really remember if he drove this in the episode, or the Ford?
