this angle i can´t, actually i followed the already established nomenklatura here is 1802 as a collective for the 02 reihe , but i agree with dsl, that it is early model distinguished by chrome grille and wheels, so it has to be 1602 originaly called 1600 - 2 or 02 to distinguish from 1500 4 door Neue Klasse
in the very end 1977 there was a 1502 with all chrome deleted by matte black trim

acording to wikipedia
all the Tourings where called 1600 , 1800 , 2000 until 1973
than 1602 1802 2002 and 2002 ti tii
and there has been no 1802 tii only 2000 tii

nice pic to show grille , i remember other model enthusiast critized that HERPA calls the model 1802 as 1602 would be better

In this ASS auto quartet "POLIZEI" you also find the only known pic of a NSU 1200 in Polizei-trim. The only other relict is the chapter in the original spare part catalogue.
