1961+ by the front indicators. I guess the front trim is just an accessory, but the chrome windsreen trim is typical for export versions, so indeed to be listed as 'Made for A' (and maybe even 'Built in Belgium', but I'm not sure about that...). One wiper is missing, as well as the spare wheel door (hence the strange location of the license plate). Edit: It also might be an Ondine...
