The plate is obviously faked, but long-time disappeared, from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Einbeck As written even in the Wiki-article, the term "Bock-Bier" is originally based on the name of this little town http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bock , NOT from the buck/ram/billy goat -"Bock" in German (although it appears erreneously very often on bock beer-bottles). |
