 I'm sure it's a Citroen but which model ?

 Seems to be a short chassis with 2/3 seats body==> I'd say a 10HP Type A Torpedo 3 Places of 1919 , rather a Type C or C2/C3, because of 2 parts windscreen, with rectangular frame, and no spare wheel on the left side
