Bob Dieck ◊ 2012-01-17 12:01	This a good example of bad use of research. Taxis in Brazil use red plates, but with numbers only up to 69. At that time, there were no over roof TAXI advertisers. You recognize a taxi by the red plate and the counter which was placed just behind the leaft side of windshield, with inside light.
