Yes but logo match more with 1971. Is it possible, in Holland, to change the plate numbers when changing of owner or area? |

When a car is sold in Holland, the plate doesn't change. But, in those days, when papers were missing, the car did get a new number. So this plate could be newer. I can't check because it doesn't exist anymore. |
