You mean Pars or RD? Difficult to say, but it looks like the regular 405 |

From other cars in this film, most (although not all) are RHD and it looks as if they drive on left. So while I agree 405, unlikely to be Iranian build (unless anyone can prove Iranian exports). Some local assembly in or near Malaysia much more likely. |
