To me it looks like a 1938 Buick. But the bumper looks strange... Maybe a local assembly version ? |

1937 Buick by grille .The front bumper is not stock and has probably been replaced at a later date.It is one of the larger Buiks ,probably a Roadmaster Sedan model 81. |
