 037 Evo2 (hasn't rear bumper) on "1000 Lakes Rally" in Finland (sticker with number), probably in 1985.

Edit: Yes in 1985 - Toivonen/Piironen crew.
Chassis #201 which seems was a new car built in/for that year - info.
