Cottin-Desgouttes, Delaunay-Belleville, Rolland-Pillain ??? Whatever it is, it does appear to have a double-barelled name across the radiator. Definitely French and definitely brass-era (1895-1905)

De Dion Bouton ?

I'm terrible at identifying vintage/edwardian French cars :(

It realy has to be a De Dion-Bouton. Cf the grill in this picture http://gazoline.net/article.pcgi?id_article=228 or www.pbase.com/afametlla/rally_sitges06. But is it a car or should it be listed as a truck?
