Judging by the turret, it's meant to be a Vickers Mark E (also known as Vickers 6-Ton), on which the T-26 was based.

This is indeed a movie prop built to resemble British Vickers 6-Ton (aka. Vickers Mark E) Type B tank. The 6-Ton is one of three models of tanks owned by the Chinese military when the war with Japan broke out in 1937.

As other people said, this is meant to represent a Vickers Mark E Type B, which China imported from Britain Link to "tanks-encyclopedia.com" The T-26 was a Soviet-produced derivative of the Mark E, but it had a noticeably different turret.
