Note the width/height ratio of the body, the proportions of the radiator grille area, the slope of the hood... Also the air scoop is at the right place. The position, size and shape of the headlight/indicator light/fog light combo, together with what we can see of the bumper, seem to match, too. With its Touring coupé body the 3500 GT isn’t a bulky vehicle, it’s even a tad lower than an Appia Vignale Coupé. Of course it is wider, but what the thumbnail shows here is a relatively wide car.
