 Unable to answer this, I don't know much about such vehicles. They don't produce them today it seems: http://www.pl.dressta.com.pl/maszyny/ - but it won't help too much. ;)

I remember e.g. in the 1990s there were Polish vehicles prepared to work in the mines (trucks based on Jelczes and small vehicles based on Honkers), but no idea about the loaders.
