 Looks like a Rover TC 2000

 Looks 1971+ facelift. Could well be 2000 TC as above.

 After another look I think 1971+ 3500 [P6b]. This would be the only model to have a full white lower rear badge - other types 2000SC, 2000TC, 3500S would have the lettering in a black end plate.
