Correct. And a nice shot of this Studebaker. Unlike in '57, the 1956 Commanders (or Presidents, for that matter) did not carry V-8 emblems on the front fenders. However, the '56's did carry the series nameplates on the trunklid which the '57's did not. From this angle and distance, it is impossible to read the front fender nameplate to tell if this is a Champion (6) or a Commander (V-8). -- Last edit: 2011-08-19 15:35:19 |
