I did some searching on Google, and if what I've read is correct, the full name is 'Mopar Dodge Avenger Rally Car', and it's technically a concept, isn't it? |

I guess it would be a concept since I haven't actually seen these in competition. If I recall, it was a demonstration to show that America (Mopar/Dodge) and Italy (Fiat/Magneti Marelli) can work together.
