Not sure if it's a Washington D.C. tour-bus with glazed roof or a streetcar. If lately it's ID as streetcar, it will be deleted. |

It's like nothing I've ever seen and I'm considered an expert - looks more like a green house to me! It probably is a very unusual sightseeing bus but, certainly not a tolley. |
