Dodge front clip on a Plymouth body. Normally I'd say Kingsway, but the trim seems to suggest a Canadian 1959 Dodge Regent.

I don't know what name they would have used in Mexico. Plodges are confusing.

It may not necessarilty be Canadian. Here in NZ our Dodge Kingsways were Detroit-built. If you check the serial number lists for Dodge there is a gap each year of a few thousand in the sequence which they used for the export cars. I agree that plodges are confusing - we had them sourced from Canada, the US and Australia. There is also thought that our 1952 DeSoto Diplomats came from Belgium as several I have seen have Belgian markings on the window glass.

^No. No it is not.

I'm going to go with Kingsway, because I can't find any evidence the Regent name was used outside Canada.

There's a handy chart at http://www.allpar.com/world/plymouth.html but I'm not sure how complete it is.
