The only motor offered prior to the 1989 face lift was the 2.6 4 cylinder [L042G]. The 3 door was discontinued after the 1990 MY. There were 1989-1990 3.0 V6 [L141G] 3 doors and the only motor offered on the 5 door was the 3.0 V6 [L146G] which ran 1989-1991 for this generation.
