Something tells me Skoda chassis (706 R or RT) bodied by Chavdar or pre-Chavdar "Avtokaroseriyna Georgi Dymitrow"... Really bad it is so hard to find any pic of Chavdars M65/66. There is also this bus: /vehicle_311620-Chavdar.html Edit: here is the same type of bus http://www.railwaypassion.com/forums/index.php?topic=636.0 http://picbg.net/u/24294/15753/165420.jpg It seems it is identical with the one in film "Darvo bez koren" only has older type of grill and other decorations. -- Last edit: 2018-06-14 20:37:51 |

Can't it be a Trolley-Bus? It looks like an electricity collector on the roof... -- Last edit: 2011-03-04 20:39:48 |

The M-80 was sqaured and had completly different front end. |

This model seems antecedent of M-80, but it by no "darvo bez koren" is another model with such heatlights. |

This is interesting .pdf document about the Chavdar buses. So if I understand this well, this body was introduced in the late 50s, then after modifications it became M-65/66 in 1962 and this year the serial prduction started. There had to be 2 types of the grilles during the prod. period. I see only one doors, then I suppose it will be the intercity M-66. -- Last edit: 2013-07-04 16:03:22 |
