1931 Model A Phaeton - a relatively rare model. The only year they did a two door phaeton as far as I know.

That's a '30, not a '31 unless the grille shell has been altered.
Changing.

It certainly looks like a 1930 radiator but as far as I can work out 1931 was the only year for the two door phaeton body.

Are there any A experts here who can confirm what Nz has said, which would mean this is a '31 with a '30 grille shell attached.

This model was introduced in June 1930, about halfway through the modelyear which fairly well equals the calendar year at this time. From what I can find the modelyear changes took place in november/december at Ford during the production of the Model A.
I suppose this could be an explanation that some sources claim this model to be a 1931 only, since it´s late intro would point in that direction.
The calendar year production for 1930 was 3946 in domestic plants, and 419 in foreign plants. For 1931 the figures were 2229 and 646 respectively. Maybe some where produced in 1932 as well, but I havn´t found any figures for that.

It´s called De Luxe Phaeton. Body Model 180-A, both years. The "Standard" Phaeton had Body Model 35-B.

So apparently the listing as a 1930 is correct per the grille shell.
