Despite production of Melexes started in 1970/71 for the first two years they were send only for export. So oldest vehicles in Poland can be from 1973 (according to the period "Motor"). However as the summer season tourist taxis in Warsaw they weren't used at least till the 1974. This way, by the date of the pic (22.07.1974), it is the late 202 from 1974.
