The clue lies in the difference in the engines - the air filter on the 744 (on the left side of the engine) is unique, and the exhaust exits on the left of the hood/ bonnet whereas the one of the Continental engine on the 44 exits on the right.

Citsa ◊ 2010-12-28 22:16	If it is a 744 (as I am convinced it is; if you are not - please google pics of 44s and 744s, and note the subtle differences as outlined above) it would be in the UK - either Manchester (England) or Kilmarnock (Scotland).
