I agree with M-H, but would rather go for it being a 744D (see Link to "www.tractorshed.com") rather than a 44. The M-H models are sometimes awfully difficult to distinguish... |

744 and 44 were similar The 44 was canadian, the 744 was british Canadian have "Continental" engine, british have "Perkins" engine |

Similar, but not the same. The clue lies in the difference in the engines - the air filter on the 744 (on the left side of the engine) is unique, and the exhaust exits on the left of the hood/ bonnet whereas the one of the Continental engine on the 44 exits on the right. |

If it is a 744 (as I am convinced it is; if you are not - please google pics of 44s and 744s, and note the subtle differences as outlined above) it would be in the UK - either Manchester (England) or Kilmarnock (Scotland). |
