It seems a late version of the Rover 400 B8, the wheel cover is unmistakably Rover, even the bumper seems to be the Rover, but the tail lights colors seem inverted... |

Yes Rover 400 [R8] - not B8. I was not convinced at first, but compare with /vehicle_155592-Rover-400-R8-1993.html . Trims are wrong for a Honda Concerto badged R8. |
