Impossible to know what is original on this car... The grille dates it from 1967-1974, but the double chevron above the grille is missing, so it's probably not the original one (at least not on this engine lid). The orange indicator light points towards Belgian production between 1962 and 1970. Bumper is of a P.O. version (Pays Outremer), also used on several 2cv vans (postvans, Spanish production, e.a.). Paint of body and wheels looks rather new. Headlights are pre-1975. Modern doors and third side window makes it 1966+...

I'd say the P.O. bumper is original. Both US and Canadian spec models had it (although Canadian models had a round air filter on the left fender). These indicators were only used on Belgian-built models (except the 1967 Export, where they were white) which had the third side window a few years before the French ones, and normal doors followed in 1965, one year ahead of the French models. Trafficator behind the rear windows is of the small type used on the AZM3/AZAM 6 (but I don't think these names were used in the US) discontinued in 1966. In combination with the grille, I'd say a 1966 Citroen 2CV P.O..
